Responsibilities

HRISプロジェクトマネージャーは、プロジェクトの計画、リソース調整、ステークホルダー管理などを通して、小規模から中規模のHRISプロジェクトを管理します。

• プロジェクトプランニング
  • プロジェクト範囲の定義、マイルストーンの設定、タイムラインの確立など
• リソース調整
  • リソース配分と有効活用のため、複数のプロジェクトにまたがるリソース調整を支援
• ステークホルダー・エンゲージメント
  • プロジェクトの目的を達成するため、社内のステークホルダーおよびビジネスパートナーとの協業
• リスク管理
  • 潜在的なプロジェクトリスクを特定し、プロジェクトを成功に導くためのプランを策定
• ドキュメント管理
  • ソリューションデザインの詳細やプロジェクトの進捗レポートなど、詳細なプロジェクトドキュメントを作成
• 課題解決
  • プロジェクトにかかわる課題や対立を、タイムリーかつ効果的に解決

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 中小規模のプロジェクト管理の経験
• 英語での実務経験
