Responsibilities

• 二輪レース車両販売事業の海外営業を担っていただくポジションです。海外現地法人や取引先からの受発注および関連業務、社内や協力業者と連携した輸出入業務を推進していただきます。また、業務の仕組み構築やDXツール活用による業務改善の推進も役割の一つとして期待しています。海外営業としての経験を積んだ後、国内営業を含めたグループ全体を率いるリーダーとして活躍いただくことも可能です。
  • 二輪レース車両販売の海外営業（部品含む）
    • グローバルに拡大するレース車両販売ビジネスを円滑に進めるため、受発注および輸出入管理を推進
    • 子会社および物流業者と連携し、関係者との円滑な情報連携を推進
  • 海外ビジネス強化に向けた計画立案、推進
    • 海外ビジネス拡大に向けて、HRCおよび海外現地法人と連携し、販売網の構築を推進
  • DXツール活用による受発注および管理業務の改善
    • ビジネス拡大に向けて、車両や部品の受発注、管理業務の改善を推進

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 海外営業または国内営業の経験をお持ちの方
• 輸出入業務の経験をお持ちの方
• 予算、生販計画、荷繰りなどの計画および実績管理ができる方
• 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
• Excelなどを用いた数値集計および差異分析ができる方
• 英語力（TOEIC(R)テスト650点）をお持ちの方
