Responsibilities

• 同社が運営する次世代放射光施設にて、素材評価・解析技術を用い、グループ製造業やお客様の素材の本質を科学的に捉え、産業価値の創出や事業機会拡大を担うスペシャリストポジションです。単なる装置オペレーションを超えた、学術成果の社会実装・事業化にまで踏み込む役割をお任せします。
  • 次世代放射光施での放射光を用いた計測・解析（年間448～648時間程度、シフト制）
  • 計測計画の立案、事前相談対応、大学やPhSICとの連携による計測支援
  • 取得データの数値化、構造化、意味づけ、およびCT・3D構造解析
  • 評価結果に基づく素材改良や事業化、知財化支援
  • 放射光を中心とした評価分析技術の深化や新技術開発
  • 大学（主に東北大学）との共創研究設計・推進、クロスアポイントメントによる特任教員活動（希望・適性に応じて）
  • 産学連携や共同研究の推進、国内外への出張（技術説明等）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 博士号取得者（理学、工学、農学、薬学、情報等）または取得見込み・取得意思のある方
• 放射光施設での計測・実験経験（ビームライン利用経験）
• データ解析スキル（Python／MATLAB／ImageJ等）
• CT解析・3D構造解析経験
• 長瀬産業の事業領域に関心・理解がある方
• 顧客接点価値を重視できる方
