Responsibilities

• 担当するシステムおよび業務領域をどのように発展させるべきか、自ら考え提案し、実現していく役割を担っていただきます。
• 基幹システムおよび関連する周辺システムの担当として、業務担当者の応対・折衝などを行うことで業務およびニーズを把握します
• IT担当として課題解決、また業務ニーズを具現化するための企画、調整（要件定義、アーキテクチャ検討、設計以降の開発工程の運営）
• 協力会社メンバーのマネジメント（進捗・品質管理）
• 今後予定している現地法人、国内工場への導入プロジェクトへの参画・推進
• 担当する基幹システムの領域に関連する社内プロジェクトへの参画・推進
• まずは既存社員のリーダーとともに活動し、その後、自らがリーダーとして上記の業務をリードする役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。

Requirements

• 3年以上のシステム運用保守経験
• 語学：読み書きレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点）

歓迎条件:

• 3年以上のERP製品の導入または運用保守経験
