The group includes a technology company that develops AI (Artificial Intelligence)-based marketing solutions in Asia, the largest AI (Artificial Intelligence)-based influencer marketing company in Asia, and an AI-based recruiting software company.

Responsibilities

Google、Meta、TikTok等の広告運用を基盤に、データに基づいた戦略設計および改善を推進。クライアント課題に対して、どの施策が最も事業成果につながるかを自ら判断し、実行・改善まで主導いただきます。
業務詳細

• リスティング／SNS広告／アフィリエイト広告の運用・改善
• CPA／ROASを基にしたKPI設計、予算配分の意思決定
• データ分析、A/Bテスト設計、改善施策の立案
• クリエイティブ（LP／バナー／動画）の改善ディレクション
• クライアントへの提案、方針策定、レポーティング
• 広告運用チームの立ち上げ、業務設計、メンバー育成

Requirements

必須条件：いずれも必須

• Google広告、Meta広告、TikTok広告等の運用経験（目安3年以上）
• データ分析に基づく広告運用の改善経験
• クライアント対応（提案・レポーティング等）の経験

歓迎条件：

• KPI設計、予算配分など戦略領域の主導経験
• チームリード、メンバー育成、業務改善の経験
• 複数媒体を横断した広告運用経験
