Responsibilities

• イベントのコンセプト設計、ロジ、コンテンツ企画、当日運営を含む、イベント運営をー気通貫で管理。
• ブランディング、イベント参加者の体験全体を含むイベントプロダクションを統括。
• 大規模かつ同時進行する複数のプロジェクトを、適切な優先順位付けと判断力もって管理。
• 3～4名のチームを率い、育成・パフォーマンス向上を推進。
• 外部エージェントや制作ベンダーおよび戦略パートナーを適切に管理し、高品質な成果物の提供およびコスト対効果の最適化を実現。
• 高い財務規律のもとで予算を管理し、コスト効率化を確保するとともに、必要に応じて明確な投資対効果（ROI）を実現。
• イベント成果を測定し、インサイトを蓄積するとともに、品質、参加者体験、およびビジネスインパクトの継続的な改善を推進。

Requirements

必須条件

• 大規模イベント運営、顧客エンゲージメントまたは体験型マーケティングの経験
• 高品質でインパクトのあるフラッグシップイベントを主導した実績
• 複数の優先事項を厳しいタイムラインで管理するなど優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力
• マトリックス・グローバル組織における業務経験
• 代理店、ベンダー、パートナー、予算管理の経験
• イベント／エンゲージメント領域における10年以上の実務経験
• 大規模イベント・エンゲージメントプログラムなどのリード実績
