Responsibilities

• 本部事業戦略の推進・支援
• 本部人財開発・組織開発の企画・実行・推進（HRBP的な役割）
• 投融資案件の推進・支援

＊業務アサインについては、面談等を通じて決めさせていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 四年制大学・大学院を卒業・修了後、職歴が2年以上ある方
• 同社の役員・職員の子女でないこと
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）
