Responsibilities

新交通車両製品を対象に、脱炭素化や省力化を図る製品開発、新しい事業機会の開拓に向けて、機械システム面からの設計技術を活用した新製品・ソリューション開発をご担当いただきます。
詳細：

• 新交通システムにおける脱炭素化や製造・保守・点検の省力化に向けた研究開発を進めています。
• 構造の見直し・改良に伴う構造強度・振動面の評価や機構の見直しなどを進めていただきます。
• また、新たなアイディアに対してPoC(Proof of Concept)なども行っていただきます。
• 関連研究室や設計部門、ビジネスパートナーと連携して進めて頂き、将来的には上記全般の取りまとめを期待しております。

Requirements

必須条件：【能力・経験】

• 機械工学（構造・強度・振動・機構）に関する基礎知識を有する方
• 研究開発に対して主体的に取り組む向上心/探求心/粘り強さ
• 機械システムに関わる研究・設計のご経験（対象製品は不問）
• メーカーでの機械システムのハードウェアやソフトウェアの開発経験があれば望ましい
• 機械システムに関連した機械学習やデータ分析の実務経験があれば望ましい

【語学力】

• 英語の文献、資料等が理解できる。英語によるコミュニケーション、文書作成能力をお持ちであれば尚可。
