Responsibilities

• 顧客育成施策の企画立案、実行、分析、効果検証
• GMS最大化のための施策企画立案、実行、分析、効果検証
• マーケティングKPIのモニタリング
• マーケティングにおける各種データの収集・加工・分析
• ジュニアメンバーの育成、チームリード

Requirements

必須条件：

• BIツールを用いたマーケティング領域における定量分析経験
• キャンペーンをはじめとするマーケティング施策の企画立案経験
• マーケティングKPIの分析・モニタリング経験
• ジュニアメンバーの育成、メンバーマネジメント経験

歓迎条件：

• 英語力：ビジネスでのコミュニケーションが取れるレベル
