Responsibilities

• 同社グループ製品（特に水上艦、潜水艦などの防衛製品）の静粛化、低振動化に向けた研究開発を担当いただきます。
• 同社グループ製品の商品力・信頼性向上にあたり、製品の静粛化・低振動化は必要不可欠です。例えば、防衛関連では、静粛性は製品性能を決定づける重要な因子であり、また振動抑制は製品信頼性を確保するのに不可欠な取り組みになります。
• 最新の技術動向を踏まえた解析・計測評価を通して、社内設計部門と連携して製品開発をご担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 機械工学、機械4力学（機械力学、材料力学、流体力学、熱力学）の基礎知識を有していること
• ビジネスパートナー及び社内関係者と円滑に業務を遂行できる交渉力及び調整力(コミュニケーション力)
• 機械分野での騒音・振動に関する実験計測、または解析業務経験を有していればなお良い。例えば、実験計測業務では、試験計画からデータ分析・評価までを自身で実施した経験のある方。解析業務では、構造、音響解析を自身で実施した経験のある方
