Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 製鉄機械製品を対象に、脱炭素化(熱の有効利用を含む)に向けた新たな製品開発、新しい事業機会の開拓に向けて、ビジネスの視点を持ち、熱システム設計技術を活用した新製品・ソリューション開発のコンセプトの検討、及び、その実現のための研究開発の立案・実行をご担当いただきます。

詳細：

• 製鉄機械、特に、熱間圧延設備などライン後流における脱炭素化に向けた研究開発を進めています。
• 熱源（電気、水素など）や加熱方式種別によるエネルギ効率、CO2発生量など、製鉄ラインにおけるエネルギ収支に基づく熱システム設計に関する研究開発を進めて頂きます。また、新たなアイディアに対してPoC（Proof of Concept）なども行っていただきます。
• 総合研究所の関連研究室や設計部門、ビジネスパートナーと連携して進めていただき、将来的には上記全般の取りまとめを期待しております。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 伝熱工学・熱力学に関する基礎知識をお持ちの方
• 研究開発に対して主体的に取り組む向上心/探求心/粘り強さ
• 熱システムに関わる研究・設計のご経験（対象製品は不問）
• 英語の文献、資料等が理解できる。英語によるコミュニケーション、文書作成能力をお持ちであれば尚可。（TOEIC(R)600点以上が望ましい）
