Responsibilities

◆業務内容当社製品向けに、溶接・AM技術の研究開発から実機適用までを幅広く担当いただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。

• ガスタービン・原子力向け大型製品のアーク溶接、レーザ溶接および積層造形（AM）技術の研究開発
• 溶接・AMの要素技術評価とプロセス最適化
• 新技術の試作、評価、量産適用に向けた検証・改善活動
• 複数部門と連携し、製造プロセスの革新に向けた提案・実行
• 数千万円以上の規模の研究テーマを自主性を持って設定し、論理的に提案、予算管理しながら・遂行

Requirements

■必須条件：【能力・経験】

• 大型製品や自動車分野における溶接・積層造形（AM）技術の研究開発経験
• アーク溶接、レーザ溶接等の要素技術に関する知識・評価スキル
• 複雑な課題に対し試行錯誤を厭わず粘り強く取り組み、失敗から学び成果に結びつける姿勢
• 国家レベルの大型モノづくりプロジェクトに対する高い熱意と責任感
• 製造プロセス改善や新技術の量産適用経験があれば望ましい
• 複数部門を巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば望ましい
