Responsibilities

◆業務内容：

• 航空機や宇宙機器の開発においては、過酷な環境下においても軽量化が要求されるとともに高い安全性が求められます。そのため、当研究室では、実機構造そのものに飛行中に作用する力を地上において付与して安全性を確認する実大構造試験を実施しています。主な業務としては下記を予定しています。

【大型構造試験の計画・遂行】

• 大型試験実施に向けた試験計画の作成、試験器材の設計、調達、試験実施時の指揮、結果評価、報告書作成、および関連部署との調整、折衝。

【構造試験革新に向けた新技術の開発】

• 航空宇宙構造試験の品質向上、コストダウン、期間短縮につながる新技術の開発。例えば、非接触歪み計測や荷重負荷装置の電動化等

◆働き方：

• 大型構造試験は複数のメンバーで進めていきます。特に経験が浅い担当者は、上司や育成担当の指導を仰ぎながらスキルアップを図っていきます。また、部署には構造設計やシミュレーションの専門家もおり、連携しながら業務を進めていきます。

Requirements

■必須条件【能力】

• 材料力学に関する基礎知識を有する方
• 主体性、実行力、問題解決力がある方が望ましい

【経験】

• 機械製品の設計、もしくは強度試験の経験がある方
• CADを用いた設計図面作成、有限要素法を用いた構造解析の経験がある方が望ましい

【語学力】

• 英語での日常会話レベル以上を有すると尚可
