Responsibilities

• 財務会計業務全般（月次・年次決算、決算書作成、開示資料作成等）
• 管理会計業務（予算策定、予実管理、部門別損益管理等）
• 資金管理業務（資金繰り管理、金融機関対応等）
• 中期経営計画の策定
• 内部監査・外部監査対応
• 財務部内業務の改善、標準化の推進
• 将来的な後輩育成・チームマネジメント業務
• 現地法人との調整など

Requirements

必須：

• 事業会社における財務・会計・経営企画分野のいずれかの実務経験
• 財務会計および管理会計に関する十分な知識・経験
• 社内外関係者（監査法人・税理士・金融機関等）との折衝経験
• 将来的にマネジメントを担う意欲
• TOEIC（R）テスト730点以上の英語力

歓迎：

• MBA、公認会計士、税理士、日商簿記1級
• 製造業で経営企画業務もしくは経理・会計、原価計算業務の経験・知識
• TOEIC（R）テスト800点以上の英語力
• 管理職または管理職に準ずる立場での経験
