Responsibilities

• 新規事業開発
  • 新規ビジネス開発/推進
  • 案件発掘とスクリーニング
  • 海外パートナー企業との新事業創出
  • M&A等企業買収
  • 株式買収後のPMI（Post Merger Integration）
  • 事業会社の戦略及び事業計画の策定、モニタリング
• 海外拠点統括
  • 海外拠点マネジメント、拠点運営戦略/組織立案/推進
  • 海外拠点における新商品の推進サポート（体制整備等のため短期出張もあり）
  • 海外拠点ミドル/バック業務支援、財務/会計/税務/法務等専門家や本社関係部と連携し拠点運営をサポート
  • 業務分野での若手グローバル人材の育成、チームの組織支援/マネジメント支援　等

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外ビジネスにおける新規事業開発、海外拠点統括に関する業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（顧客折衝/契約書レビュー等に支障のない英語力、業務内容に応じ相談可）

歓迎条件：

• リース会社/銀行等での業務経験または事業会社におけるリース、レンタルの業務経験
• 海外駐在経験、海外拠点に関わるバックオフィス業務
• 出資/M&A案件取組経験
• 顧客折衝/契約書レビュー等に支障のない英語力、英語以外の言語能力
• プロジェクトなどのマネジメント/リーダー経験
