Responsibilities

グローバルビジネス部門における新たな新規投資分野の立案・実行を推進するメンバーとして、以下業務を担当いただきます。

• 1）新規事業投資、新規ビジネス立上げ
• 2）将来的な新規事業投資に資するファンド等への純投資
• 3）1）で投資した会社のPMIを含む経営管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 海外ビジネスでのM&Aや新規ビジネス立上げへの強い関心と経験
• 国内、社内外を問わず意欲的にカウンターと密なコミュニケーションを行う能力、意欲
• ビジネス英語力TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上（読み書きを前提とするコミュニケーション能力かそれ以上

歓迎条件：

• M&A、新規事業立ち上げ、または投資関連業務に関する実務経験
• プロジェクト/マネジメントもしくはチームリーディング経験
• 経営情報、財務情報の収集／分析／活用に関する知識・経験
