Responsibilities

• 社内IT環境を支える情報システムチームの一員として、日々のユーザーサポート、PCセットアップ、資産管理、調達など、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

主な職務内容

• PCおよびモバイル端末のキッティング、ならびに新入社員・異動者向けのIT環境準備
• 新規ユーザー向けの基本的なITトレーニングの実施
• 社内IT問い合わせの一次窓口対応（ITサポート／ヘルプデスク）
• IT機器（PC、周辺機器など）の資産管理
• アカウントおよびアクセス権の設定・管理
• 手順書・マニュアルの作成および保守
• IT関連機器・ソフトウェアの調達支援
• 各種インフラ関連の取り組み／プロジェクト支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力と、英語を用いたビジネス実務経験
• 社内ヘルプデスクまたはコーポレートIT領域での実務経験5年以上
• ユーザー管理およびWindows PCのキッティング（プロビジョニング）経験
• Microsoft 365の管理・運用経験
• アカウント作成、権限管理、入社／異動／退職（JML）プロセスの実務経験
• ネットワーク設定に関する基礎知識および経験
