Responsibilities

業務内容：

• ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/TPRMアプリの構築・カスタマイズ
  • フォーム・ワークフロー / Flow Designer
• ユーザテスト支援、運用ドキュメント整備

Requirements

必須要件：

• Web アプリ開発経験（JavaScript / HTML / REST API）
• 効果的なユーザコミュニケーション（日本語）
