Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 既存基幹システム、会計システムのサポート
• 新基幹システム、会計システムの導入プロジェクトのITリード
• ビジネス要件・システム課題を分析し開発チームと協力しながらソリューション提示・ベンダー管理を担う
• ITプロジェクト、IT追加開発サブプロジェクトにおいて、システム企画／要件定義～ユーザーテスト／Go Liveサポートを行い、社内ユーザーとの関係構築、円滑なシステム導入を担う
• ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、改善強化に関する要望の分析・検討・実行
• 継続的なトラブルシューティングを提供するためのコミュニケーション

※夜間休日の対応あり１．職務領域および隣接領域のインシデント対応２．職務領域および隣接領域の臨時作業

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ERP、受発注システム、会計システムいずれかの経験5年以上
• 要件定義経験
• 運用サポート経験
• ITプロジェクトにおける5名程度のリード経験
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：読み書きレベル
• PCスキル
