Company overview

We are a major oil exploration and production company. We develop, produce, transport, and sell oil and natural gas resources in Japan and abroad. We have been engaged in the extraction of oil and gas fields in the areas of Hokkaido, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, and have converted from a public to a private sector company. We are also engaged in research and development of GTL fuel, methane hydrate, and oil sands, and possess some of Japan's leading pipeline transportation technologies. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing overseas expansion, acquiring interests in the Garraf oil field in Iraq and shale gas in Canada.

Responsibilities

プロジェクト推進のための技術検討支援、事業の投資決定における施設分野の中立的かつ適正なレビューを行っている部署となります。新規事業を含め国内外プロジェクト推進のための技術支援やピアレビュー業務を行っていただきます。
業務内容：

• 国内外プロジェクト事業性評価やリスクアセスメント評価
• プロジェクト事業化における技術オプション検討
• フィージビリティスタディやFEEDの管理
• 工事及び機器製作に係る設計計画・管理
• 海外スタッフとの施設関連コミュニケーション
• 国内外プロジェクトを推進するための官庁や社外コンサル、社内事業部門との円滑な折衝や協議
• その他、施設技術全般、部内諸業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 国内外の石油・天然ガスエネルギー上中下流事業会社、もしくは石油・ガスプラントのエンジニアリング会社において、プロジェクトまたはエンジニアリングチームでのを5年以上のFS、FEED、EPC業務の実務経験
