Responsibilities

1）年次リスクアセスメント（GRA：Global Risk Assessment）

• AML・経済制裁・ABCに関する当行本邦のリスクの特定・評価・低減を行います。
• 各ビジネスライン（顧客部門）および統制部署からの情報・データの収集と分析を行います。
• 本邦リスクレポートの編集を行います。
• グローバルでの協働を通じ、グローバル金融犯罪リスク評価フレームワークの改善・高度化に取り組みます。

2）クオリティアシュアランス（QA：Quality Assurance）

• AML・経済制裁・ABC各領域の主要統制活動（取引モニタリング、取引スクリーニング、接待・贈答など）に関する品質検証を行います。
• 顧客部門（現場・本部）で実施するQAへの指導および助言を提供します。
• QA手法および評価プロセスの高度化を行います。

3）モデルリスク管理

• AMLアラート生成モデル・制裁スクリーニングモデルなどのモニタリングを行います。
• モデル性能の評価を行います（アラートの妥当性、過検知・過少検知の分析）。
• モデルリスクの管理および改善策の立案を行います。
• リスク統括部との連携によるモデルの維持・高度化を行います。
• グローバルモデルに関する海外本部との調整および協議を行います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• コンプライアンス、リスク管理、監査、事務管理の経験
• 英語での業務遂行（TOEIC(R)テスト730点目途）
• Office365を用いた資料作成スキル

歓迎条件：

• ベンダーモデルのリスク管理、モデル性能評価（モデル説明力の分析）、スコアリングモデル及びポートフォリオの最適化に関する経験・スキル
• 金融機関におけるQuality Assuarance業務経験
• AMLや経済制裁、贈収賄・汚職防止に関する業務経験又は知識
