Responsibilities

グループ内ポリシー・スタンダードに基づくオーバーサイト（リスク管理に対するモニタリング・評価・助言・改善支援を行う監督機能）及び子会社管理:

• 各グループ会社・子会社の実務運営状況の確認、リスク評価・課題整理・改善助言
• NY本部との改善アプローチ協議、提案内容の精緻化支援

グローバルスタンダード・手続等の策定・管理、および法令変更の対応方針検討:

• NY本部や国内関係部署との連携による、法令・規制変更（例：米国制裁、FATF動向等）の影響整理
• 当行規則やスタンダードへの反映案とりまとめ、グループ会社への展開リード

当行子会社やグループ会社への規則導入サポートと監督:

• カード、証券、アセットマネジメント等多様な業態に対する、規則の趣旨説明、QA対応、実装状況確認
• 改善計画の策定支援やフォローアップ、現場実装までの伴走

Requirements

• 金融機関でのコンプライアンス、リスク管理、監査部署での業務経験
• 英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC(R)テスト860点目途）

• 国際業務や海外での業務経験
• 金融機関やコンサル企業における対顧・Relationship Management業務の経験（顧客管理や支援・営業、社内組織活用経験）
• AML(Anti-money laundering)や経済制裁、贈収賄汚職防止に関する業務経験又は知識
