Responsibilities

医薬品の臨床開発プロジェクトリーダー候補として、以下の業務などをリードしていただきます。

プロジェクト全体の開発戦略および開発計画の策定

プロジェクトの業務量の見積もり、実行計画の作成（期間、費用を含む）

担当するプロジェクトの予算、実算の管理・支援

実行に必要な組織体制の構築（社内チーム、KOL、各種Vendors：CRO含む）

業務推進のため、社内、社外組織との業務調整

全体臨床開発計画に沿った臨床試験の計画立案および実施

• 当局相談の実施および対応
• 治験実施計画書、IBなど治験実施に必要な各種資料作成の主導・監督
• GCPや関連規制、SOP、治験実施計画書等に従った業務の遂行
• KOLマネジメント、DMC対応、DSUR対応
• 試験全体進捗を実施部門と共に管理し、推進のための方針策定
• CSR作成、CTD作成・当局対応など申請関連業務の推進

Requirements

必須条件：以下、全てを満たす方

• 製薬メーカーでの臨床開発／臨床計画立案のご経験（実務経験6年以上）
• 臨床としての規制当局との折衝経験
• 英語の会議でコミュニケーションが取れるレベル

• 臨床開発プロジェクトリーダーの経験
• 臨床開発戦略策定の経験
• 申請、承認取得の経験
• 国際共同試験における計画業務・FDAなど海外規制当局対応経験
