Responsibilities

• 日本の洋上風力発電市場において、営業戦略の策定から実行、主要顧客・政府機関との関係構築、大型案件の受注までを統括していただきます。
• APACチームおよび欧州本社と連携し、日本市場での事業拡大をリードする役割です。
• 日本市場での洋上風力発電事業を本格展開するにあたり、営業・事業開発を統括し、事業成長を牽引するシニアリーダーを迎えるための募集です。

具体的な業務内容：

• 顧客・ステークホルダーマネジメント（約40％）
• 市場・競合分析（約40％）
• 営業戦略の策定・実行（約20％）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大卒以上（工学、経営学、または関連分野）
• 日本国内における10年以上のシニアレベルの営業／事業開発経験
• エネルギー、再生可能エネルギー、インフラ、大型プラント関連分野での経験歓迎
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
• 大型・高額案件における交渉・契約締結の実績
• 自律的に事業を推進できるリーダーシップ
