Company overview

We are a major oil exploration and production company. We develop, produce, transport, and sell oil and natural gas resources in Japan and abroad. We have been engaged in the extraction of oil and gas fields in the areas of Hokkaido, Akita, Yamagata, and Niigata prefectures, and have converted from a public to a private sector company. We are also engaged in research and development of GTL fuel, methane hydrate, and oil sands, and possess some of Japan's leading pipeline transportation technologies. Furthermore, we are actively pursuing overseas expansion, acquiring interests in the Garraf oil field in Iraq and shale gas in Canada.

Responsibilities

• 同社子会社（IFRSまたはUSGAAPの在外法人）の連結パッケージの確認
• 監査法人への対応（資料提出、会計方針や処理の説明など）
• 海外事業を行う同社子会社の経理業務（決算業務、会計方針検討、監査対応等）
• 同社/同社子会社及び連結決算に関する会計処理の立案、社内外調整
• 同社における経費精算仕訳確認等の日常経理業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社等において5年程度以上、次の経理実務経験があること
  • 決算業務
  • 決算短信・計算書類・半期報告書/有価証券報告書の作成
  • 会計監査対応
• JGAAPに加え、IFRSまたはUSGAAPに関する知識
• TOEIC（R）テスト700点以上

• 日商簿記2級
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• エネルギー業界への興味・関心
