Responsibilities

生産現場・間接業務領域におけるAI活用と、AIを活用した内製開発の両面から業務改革を推進します。現場に足を運び、業務部門と一体で課題抽出し、AI活用テーマの企画・PoC・システム化・展開まで一気通貫で担当いただきます。また、社員がAIを日常的に使いこなせるよう、部門横断的なAI活用施策（教育、ガイドライン、利用拡大施策）の推進担当として下記のいずれかの業務で活躍いただきます。

• AI活用施策の企画・推進リード
• AIを活用した内製開発プロセスの確立・推進
• 生産現場DXとの連携

Requirements

必須条件：

• TOEIC(R)600点以上の英語力
• 下記のいずれかに該当する方
• （1）新規業務システムの企画・プロジェクト推進
  • 情報システムの開発業務経験（5年以上）
  • プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
• （2）製造業向けオープン系業務システム（Web、IoT）の開発・保守
  • Webシステムの開発経験（C#、SQL、JavaScript、3年以上）
  • ユーザー部門との要件定義、設計、テスト、導入の経験（5年以上）
