Responsibilities

• 品質管理課の実行管理及び成長のための戦略提案
• 外部パートナーとの折衝業務、進行管理
• 開発部門との連携、スケジュール調整
• 自動化や最適化のためのソリューションの導入

Requirements

必須条件：

• ゲーム業界でのデベロッパーやパブリッシャーでの品質管理経験（8年以上）
• ゲームプロジェクトにおけるテスト計画立案、予算策定、進行管理、スケジュール調整などの管理実務経験
• QAベンダーとの協業、管理経験
• 8名以上のチーム管理経験や、チームの育成、メンタリングの経験（5年以上）
• PC及びコンソールゲームのリリースプロセスへの精通
• JIRAなどのバグトラッキングツールの取り扱い、管理への精通
