Responsibilities

■主な業務内容

• 海外のテクニカルエキスパートと緊密に連携し、作業の標準化と顧客の困難な問題を解決する。
• 国内・国外顧客に対して、メンテナンス、修理、キャリブレーションのコーディネート（ドキュメント作成などの事務処理含む）
• トラブルシューティング（リモートもしくはオンサイトで実施）
• 製品メンテナンス、修理、キャリブレーション（国際規格 IEC/ISO17025 に基づく）
• スペア部品の調整・評価
• 自身の職務範囲におけるワークフロー及びプロセス改善
• regional サービスマネージャーのサポート
• 品質マネジメントシステム（ISO17025、ISO9001）に基づき、ドキュメント含む、校正・修理・の見直し

※国内出張：20％以下（月1～4回程度）

Requirements

■必須条件

• 中級レベル以上の英語力
• 3年以上の経験（エレクトロニクス製品の分野での技術経験）
• アナログ及びデジタルエレクトロニクス回路図の知識

■歓迎条件

• エレクトロニクス製品関連の修理・メンテナンス経験
• 国際的な EMC 規格（ISO、IEC、ANSI）の経験　
• IEC/ISO17025品質マネジメントシステムの知識
