Responsibilities

Role Summary:

• Handle all-around daily accounting activities including AR, AP, T&E process and general ledger etc. for two legal entities in Japan.
• Support on monthly closing, tax return and forecast & budget process.

Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

Handle daily accounting activities e.g. T&E process, AR, AP, costing, general ledger etc. in time and prepare monthly payment files 

Prepare the account reconciliation for balance sheet 

Ensure internal control in place and SOX compliance

Support monthly closing according to the corporate calendar

Handle routine tax activities and provide support on tax filing

Provide support on preparation for financial forecast, budget and other management reporting as required

Supports ad hoc projects

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:1. Bachelor degree in accounting related or above; 2. Solid experience with daily accounting (AP, AR and general ledgers)3. Basic English skills especially writing and reading4. Experience exposed to manufacturing environment is a plus5. Proactive attitude and good problem solving skill;6. Able to work under pressure and challenge;7. ERP experience (Oracle or QAD experience is plus)
