Responsibilities

業務概要：データ分析基盤の整備と分析ケイパビリティの強化に取り組みます。営業・職能本部や各事業部門と連携し、事業課題の可視化、意思決定の高度化、新規ビジネス創出を目的としたデータ分析・モデル構築・インサイト抽出を担当。将来的には、分析プロジェクトのリード／チームマネジメント、データ活用戦略の策定、横断的なデータ利活用推進にも貢献。
具体的な業務内容：

• 経営／事業課題の抽出、分析テーマの企画・立案（営業・事業部門と連携）
• 社内外データの収集・統合・可視化・品質管理
• 統計解析・機械学習・予測モデルによる分析とインサイト抽出
• BIツール（Tableau、Power BI等）およびダッシュボードの設計・構築・運用
• 分析結果を踏まえた事業戦略／業務プロセス改善提案の実行支援
• 分析基盤／データパイプライン（クラウド／データレイク）の設計・構築・運用
• 外部データサイエンス企業や分析パートナーとの協働・品質管理
• グローバル拠点と連携したデータ活用プロジェクトの展開・支援
• 将来的なデータサイエンスチームの組成・マネジメント、社内人材育成の推進

Requirements

必須条件【下記いずれかの経験】

• 事業会社／コンサルティングファーム等で、データ分析／データ活用プロジェクトをリード・推進
• 経営／業務／顧客課題の特定から、データ分析による解決提案まで一貫して担当
• 顧客・販売・Web行動データを活用したマーケティング分析
• 機械学習モデルの開発・評価・改善、統計モデルを用いた需要予測／購買行動分析
• BI／ダッシュボードによるKPI可視化・ROI分析・報告基盤の設計／構築／運用
• DWH／データレイクの構築／運用、ETL／ELTプロセス設計
