Responsibilities

• 日本国内外の建設プロジェクトを統括し、期限・予算・品質を満たして完遂する役割です。
• コスト管理と調達戦略を主導し、試運転やリスク管理を行います。
• 各国・各部門と連携しつつ会社規範を順守し、メンバーの育成・指導も担います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 建設マネジメントに関する専門資格（PMP、CCMなど）または同等の資格
• 建設プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験
• グローバルな多文化チームに溶け込み、協働できる能力
• 柔軟性があり、定期的な出張に対応できること

語学：

• 英語：上級
