Responsibilities

• 日本オフィスとヨーロッパ本社または提携先との間の主要なコミュニケーション窓口として対応
• 両国の関係者が関与する会議、訪問、共同プロジェクトの調整
• 国境を越えたプロジェクトの実行を支援し、関連するロードマップおよび資金面への影響を整理・サポート
• 既存の契約フレームワークおよび知的財産（IP）関連の責任について、遵守状況をモニタリングし、必要に応じて導入・定着を促進
• 契約関係を含む、異なる事業体間の連携状況を追跡し、透明性を確保する
• 各部門の業務が円滑かつ継続的に行われるよう、部門横断的なサポート業務の調整
• 文書および会話の翻訳・通訳業務（日本語⇔英語、ドイツ語対応可能であれば尚可）
• 現地の法規制および社内ポリシーの遵守を確保
• 経営層が参加するステアリング会議やレポーティング会議を運営し、資料作成、参加者調整、会議後の議事録作成およびフォローアップ

Requirements

必須条件：

• リエゾン業務、調整業務、または管理／事務系職種における実務経験
• 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（ドイツ語ができれば尚可）

歓迎条件：

• 自動車業界（OEM、サプライヤー、関連サービス等）での業務経験
• 異文化理解力および国際チームでの業務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントツールおよび手法に関する知識
