Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 本ポジションでは、主に以下のような業務をご担当いただきます。
  • 海外拠点（既存組織）の事業統括および組織マネジメント
  • 日本の製造業クライアントを中心とした顧客リレーション構築
  • 現地チーム（約30〜40名規模）のマネジメントおよび人材育成
  • 日本本社およびグローバル関係者との連携による中長期戦略推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• 英語を使ったグローバルプロジェクトがやりたい方、海外出張が可能な方（長期出張については相談可）
• 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方（原則TOEIC 800点以上）
• 日本企業の経営課題解決に向けて、ラストマン精神・ワンチームマインドをもって取り組んでいただける方
