ITインフラおよびITサービスの、信頼性・セキュリティ・コスト効率の観点から安定的に提供いただきます。
また、業務時間の約50％をグローバル組織 EC/XDI – Digital Infrastructure & Services における
選定されたグローバルITインフラ関連テーマに充て、グローバル視点でのITケイパビリティ構築にも貢献いただきます。
本ポジションは、主要拠点である日本サイトに密着したローカルな運用責任と、
グローバルITの専門性およびソリューション設計を兼ね備えたハイブリッドな役割であり、
現場でのハンズオン業務とグローバルITの高度化の双方に携われるユニークな機会です。

■Responsibilities

• Act as the local IT owner and primary contact for IT infrastructure and services at Site Japan, including coordination of smaller sites within scope if applicable
• Ensure stable, secure, and cost efficient operation of local IT infrastructure and end user services
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize local business requirements, resolving them directly where possible or steering them through global IT and service providers
• Coordinate and support the implementation of global IT initiatives and projects at site level
• Steer and coordinate external service providers and contractors (e.g., IT Point, Managed Service Providers) for defined local tasks
• Ensure accurate documentation of local IT infrastructure and services in designated systems
• Support IT security, compliance, scalability, and resilience, including troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Actively support the introduction of new technologies and digital transformation at site level
• Collaborate closely with local management, business stakeholders, and global IT teams

In addition to your local role, you contribute globally to one or more of the following IT infrastructure domains, depending on your strengths and experience you may be Global Product Owner:

• Identity & Access Management: IAM architecture (SAP & Non SAP integration)
• Modern Workforce & Collaboration: Microsoft 365 services
• Hybrid Cloud: Cloud architecture, business continuity, license management
• IT Service Management: ServiceNow processes
• Endpoint & Workplace Management: Endpoint lifecycle, standardization, security

Requirements

■必須

• コンピュータサイエンス、ビジネスインフォマティクス、またはそれに準ずる分野の学士号
• ITインフラおよび／またはITサービス分野における3年以上の実務経験 
• 外部サービスプロバイダーやマネージドサービスとの協業に関する実務経験 
• 以下のようなグローバルITインフラ領域のいずれか、または複数における実務経験 
  • Identity & Access Management（IAM）
  • Microsoft 365（M365）
  • ハイブリッドクラウドおよび事業継続（Business Continuity）
  • ServiceNow / IT Service Management（ITSM）
  • エンドポイント管理
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 英語での業務上のコミュニケーションが流暢に行えるレベル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

■歓迎

• ライセンス管理およびコストを意識したIT運用の経験
