Responsibilities

製品価値を最大化できる臨床教育、並びに症例サポートを顧客に提供することで販売促進をおこない、AOP（事業戦略）の達成および中長期の事業成長に貢献する 業務内容：

• 販売目標の達成および売上高の増加
• 自社競合製品を熟知し、製品差別化提案ができる
• 正確な添付文書の理解
• 自社イベント/学会セミナーなどプロモーションイベントの告知
• プロクター（外部製品指導）医師と担当施設との日程調整
• 特約店（代理店）との価格交渉と商流通の最適化
• 医療従事者のニーズ、レベルに応じた質の高いトレーニング(安全適正使用ハンズオン等)の実施
• 安全/適切留置のための症例に関わる医療従事者との症例前・症例中・症例後のコミュニケーション
• TAVI製品の適正使用を最大化するための定期的な病院訪問と医療従事者との関係構築
• あらゆる医療従事者、病院関係者に対するTAVI製品に関する情報提供
• 安全適正使用目的の立会い時のトラブルシューティング対応
• Key Responsibilities/具体的な業績責任
  • 担当施設/所属チームの販売目標
  • 計画に順じたアカウントオープニングの達成
  • 限りなくゼロに近いコンプレイント発生率
  • 医療従事者へのトレーニング・医局説明会ならびにエビデンスを含む臨床情報の提供数
  • 顧客訪問数（1日最低2件）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 経験：循環器領域（Coronary/Peripheral/EPなど）や外科領域（Urologyなど）などの立会い経験50例以上
• 経験：循環器内科/心臓外科領域　医療機器メーカー営業　3年以上
• スキル：Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Word、Excel）作成経験　1年以上
• スキル：相手にわかりやすく話す、プレゼンテーションする能力がある　またはそれを積極的に身に着けたい強い意志がある
• 言語：（日本語）：ネイティブレベル、または日本語検定N1
• Competency /コンピテンシー
  • オープンマインド、エネルギッシュ、前向きで親しみやすい
  • 顕在的及び潜在的問題解決できる能力
  • 学習意欲が高く、柔軟でフットワークが軽い
  • 付加価値を高めるために意識した行動ができる

 歓迎要件：

• TAVI クリニカルスペシャリスト経験2年以上　Independentで100例以上の経験
• 医療従事者としての臨床経験3年以上
• 言語　：（英語）TOEIC700点相当または海外の大学卒など、円滑なビジネスコミュニケーションが可能
• 普通自動車免許
