Responsibilities

• 海外駐在に関する人事制度の企画立案・運用(処遇、各種支援制度など)
• 赴帰任者のマネジメント、オペレーションプロセスの改善、海外安全対策など
• 海外グループ会社のHRマネジメントの企画・運用、現地経営及び人事部門との連携

Requirements

• グローバル人事(制度設計、海外給与計算等)の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
