Responsibilities

• 人財の獲得・配置・活躍・定着に関する取り組みに企画段階から関わり、実行までを推進
  • 事業や将来の人財ニーズを踏まえた、学生向け企業説明会・採用イベントの企画立案および運営
  • ビジネスニーズを踏まえたた人財有効活用施策の立案～実行（リスキリング/アップスキリング）
• 組織やカルチャーに関する課題に向き合い、より良い職場づくりに向けた施策を企画・推進
  • 風通しのよい組織風土の醸成に向けた、コミュニケーション施策の企画～実行

Requirements

必須条件：

• 職務経験：以下全てを満たす方
  • 企画・立案業務経験者
• 資格：以下全てを満たす方
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力（英語での会話・メールのやり取りが可能なレベル）　TOIEC(R)テスト700点以上目安
  • Microsoft Word、Excel、Power Point　が利用可能であること
