Responsibilities

• 抗体（蛋白）取得のための戦略立案と結果の提示、リード取得の実現性を考慮したテーマGo/No go判断とその根拠についての部門内合意
• 安定的な発現系構築とこれにより得られた複数抗体の評価結果(生産性・物性等）の報告
• バイオロジクスを中心とした、開発候補品のRationale研究、臨床への橋渡し研究

Requirements

必須要件：

• 医薬品企業、バイオベンチャー、またはアカデミアにおいて、抗体医薬または抗体薬物複合体（ADC）研究の実務経験を有する方
• 抗体工学・タンパク質工学に関するWet実験の実務経験（目安：直近3年以上）
• 修士卒以上

歓迎要件：

• 外部組織との協業を円滑に推進した経験　
• Wet実験に加えて、Dry技術により配列改変を効率的に行った経験
• 国内外の外部研究者との幅広いネットワーク
• 筆頭著者の学術論文を有する
• 博士号取得
