臨床診断試薬および機器を医療現場に提供する企業にて、
【サプライチェーンプランナー】を募集いたします。

■ポジションについて
販売・オペレーション計画（S&OP）プロセスに沿って、正確な需要予測および補充予測を提供し、サプライと在庫の管理をお任せします。
担当業務には、日本地域内の複数の製品ファミリーにわたる既存製品のサポート、新製品の発売、製品の販売終了への対応が含まれます。
顧客先は大手医療機関、中小病院、検診機関などの検査室が主となります。

■Responsibilities

• Conduct demand analysis at the product family and SKU levels to develop accurate, market-aligned demand plans.
• Develop supply plans through scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring optimal service and inventory levels.
• Create and validate purchase plans and purchase orders.
• Build inventory projections and business plans for the assigned product lines.
• Maintain item master data in SAP for the assigned product lines.
• Lead the local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparation of materials and key performance reporting.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory management, and scrap reduction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, quality control, finance), global teams (global planning, logistics), and external suppliers and logistics partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

【必須】

• 学士号
• 5年以上の計画業務または関連業務経験
• 営業、マーケティング、経理、サプライチェーンチームとのクロスファンクショナルな業務経験
• MS Excel、Word、PowerPointに精通
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

【尚可】

• 医療業界での経験
• サプライチェーン、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号
• ASCM CPIM資格保有者
• MS Access、Power BI、Power Queryなどの分析ツールの経験
• SAP（MMモジュール）およびAPOの経験
