Responsibilities

業務内容：次世代光半導体デバイスにおけるプロセス開発の業務をお任せいたします。今まで培ってきた技術力を活かした、次世代の光半導体デバイスのプロセス開発のポジションとなります。
業務詳細：・工程歩留改善、生産性向上、不良解析などを実施し、プロセス改善活動・設備、要素技術担当と連携し、新規プロセス技術の開発

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体前工程プロセス開発の経験、もしくは半導体プロセスインテグレーションのご経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC 600点以上）

歓迎条件：

• リソグラフィ、ドライエッチング、ウェットエッチング、成膜などの要素技術の経験
• 光半導体開発の経験
• 高圧ガス製造保安責任者、特殊材料ガス保安講習、毒物劇物取扱者、危険物取扱者の資格をお持ちの方
