Responsibilities

シニアバックエンドエンジニアとして、同社のID基盤、および次世代マルチテナントマネジメント基盤や関連アプリケーションの設計・実装を担当していただきます。また、グループ会社へのID基盤導入やテナント移行プロセスの推進において、エンジニアリングチームへの技術的なアドバイザリーやリードを担っていただきます。本番環境での大規模サービス運用経験を活かし、信頼性と可用性の高いプラットフォームを提供するための改善提案や、主体的な意思決定を期待しています。
具体的な業務内容：

• 同社のIDの設計・開発および保守運用
• グループ内プロダクトへの技術・法務的コンサルティング
• プロダクト間のID統合・移行プロセスのリード
• 最新の認証・認可技術の調査および実装（Passkeys等）
• 認証基盤におけるセキュリティ・ガバナンスの強化

Requirements

必須条件：

• 認証システムまたはIDプロバイダー（Open ID Connect（OIDC）, OAuth, SAML, SSO, SCIM）の経験
• KotlinまたはRubyでの豊富な経験  
• データベース設計およびモデリング経験
• Cloud Infrastructureの設計とデプロイ経験
• Webアプリケーション開発経験5年以上
• コンピューターサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連する技術分野の学士号
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
