Responsibilities

人事労務業務をご担当頂き、組織の成長と従業員のエンゲージメント向上を牽引する重要な役割を担います。

• 経営方針の浸透、文化醸成
• 事業成長を支える人事戦略・制度企画・実行
• 事業成長を支える組織戦略の立案、支援、実行
• 人員計画、人件費予算策定・管理
• 外部人材採用（新卒、中途、事業所採用支援）
• 各部門へのビジネスパートナー業務　
• その他、人事総務部長あるいは人事グループマネジャーによる特命事項

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事・労務業務経験10年以上
• 人事システムを活用した人事労務管理知識・経験（システムの種類は問わない）
• チームマネジメント経験
• 英語を使う環境下での業務経験（打ち合わせ、会議、日常会話レベル必須）
• HRBP、あるいは部門人事として、事業部門あるいは専門機能における人事・労務の諸課題の解決にあたった経験
• 人事労務におけるジェネラルな経験を希望する方（HOYAグループ他事業部への異動の可能性あり）
