■Position Overview
Leads the digital team including marketing, strategy, customer care, and cross-functional collaboration focused on growth of digital products & services within the Japan organization of a global vision care company.
The team is accountable for go-to-market strategy, marketing messages / programs / tools, training / educational materials, patient and customer loyalty/pricing programs, and customer care & support.
The position drives downstream execution as well as upstream collaboration with global digital teams to design, pilot and launch product enhancements for the Japan market.
■Responsibilities- Responsible for defining and driving end-to-end go-to-market for a digital platform, including channels, customers, budget, people structures & staffing, resource allocation, forecasting, target setting and brand strategy for Japan.
- Ensure brand growth and P&L targets are met. Lead the team to envision and execute the mid-term growth plan for Japan.
- Manage competition and risks in the marketplace, with constant evaluation and in-depth understanding of market, competition, key customer priorities, key business economics and the value proposition of the digital platform.
- Develop pilots and commercial programs to drive adoption and utilization of the digital platform. Advocate for growth and customer needs with global digital organizations and cross-functional teams like IT, Legal, Finance and Customer Operations.
- Proactively recommend modifications to annual and mid-term growth plans to address gaps and ensure business and brand objectives are met.

■Must to have- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, product launch, or medical/CPG industries with demonstrated leadership
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with agile ceremonies
- High comfort with technology
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare environment
- Experience leading a business transformation
- Ability to forecast market trends and allocate resources
- Strategic vision development aligned with company goals
- Fluent in English
■Nice to have- 5+ years of experience acquiring customers and patients (B2B2C) in digital healthcare
- Preferred: MBA
