Responsibilities

【台湾を代表するグローバルメーカーの日本法人／ファクトリーオートメーション／土日祝休み・フレックス制度有】
■業務内容：

• 世界で展開する、産業用PCで世界シェアトップクラスの日本法人でFAEをご担当いただきます。主に扱う商品術は、産業用PC/サーバ・OS・各種FA機器を接続するSCADAソフトウェア・通信ゲートウェイ・タッチパネルPC・CoDeSysコントローラ・I/O及びセンサモジュール等なります。

■具体的な業務内容：

• 得意先からの製品に関する技術問い合わせ、トラブルシューティング対応
• 案件獲得のための技術対応/営業同行サポート、展示会でのサポート/説明
• 製品デモ、技術トレーニング、提案書、仕様書等の作成
• 本社技術担当への連絡、問い合わせ(英語または中国語)

※顧客は製造業全般を中心にインフラ/物流/店舗/医療なども含む幅広い企業様です。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 基本的なIT技術への知識…制御や組込系またはWebやオープン系ソフトウェア技術に関する知識
• メールやチャットで発生する英語の読み書きに抵抗がない方
