Responsibilities

• 同社の戦略に沿った育成戦略の立案・実行の推進リード
• 執行役員クラスの育成施策・研修における企画から実行までの一連のプロセスリード
• 制度・語学・必須E-Lerningなど補助学習プログラムの実行および業務プロセス改善
• 各種施策のアドホックプランニング
• 担当チームの人材育成

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大規模研修・育成施策/制度関連の企画・運営・効果測定の一連のプロセス経験
• ビジネス部門との連携経験
• 役員クラスの育成施策・研修における企画・実行の経験
• 一定規模での改善施策の導入経験（課題特定、打ち手設定、実行、効果測定のサイクル実行の経験）
• 英語力（読解・作文）Intermediate：業務上の資料読解・メール作成がスムーズにできる
• 英語力（会話）Intermediate：複雑な内容でなければ会議・電話・プレゼンが英語でこなせる
