Responsibilities

• バイオ医薬品（抗体、ADCなど）の物性研究や品質評価に適用する最新の分析法の研究・技術開発
• バイオ医薬品の製造プロセス構築や処方・デバイス開発、またこれらの変更における品質評価支援
• 分析化学のスペシャリストとしてプロジェクトチームに参画しプロジェクト推進に貢献する
• 治験薬製造及び上市生産における品質管理戦略の確立
• 国内外への生産工場・試験サイトへの技術移管及び技術支援
• 国内外の規制当局に対する申請関連資料の作成

※経営職（管理職採用）の場合、上記業務を管理監督しメンバーをマネジメントする役割も担う

Requirements

必須要件:

• 製薬企業/ジェネリック/CMO/CDMO/CRO/バイオベンチャー/ワクチン企業における分析分野（研究開発）での業務経験
• バイオ医薬品やタンパク質の分析及び分析法開発の経験

歓迎条件:

• 試験法の技術移管やCMO/CDMO/CROマネジメント経験
• 薬事申請資料作成経験
