Responsibilities

• 採用戦略全体の構築から運営までをリードする
• 内部クライアント（SSL）に対してエンドツーエンドの採用サービスを提供し、クライアントのビジネス目標達成に必要なターゲット人材を獲得する
• 採用に関わる内部・外部ステークホルダーの管理
• 採用ブランディングの構築、採用イベントの企画および実施
• 採用計画やビジネス状況に応じた計画の見直しを適宜行い、ステークホルダーと連携しながら採用目標の達成に向けた施策を実施する
• 候補者の母集団を形成・構築するために潜在的な候補者とネットワーキングを行う
• 採用予算の作成とコスト管理を実施する
• 採用システムの管理、採用オペレーションおよびオンボーディングオペレーションを実行する

Requirements

必須要件：以下いずれも必須

• 採用業務のご経験
• イベント、求人媒体、LinkedIn、社員の紹介から人材をソーシングした経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力※業界経験不問

5 - 12.5 million yen
