Responsibilities

全世界規模での社員への雇用機会均等の実現や海外事業成長を支援するために、高品質かつタイムリーな出向者管理業務を通じて、同グループのグローバルモビリティ領域において制度や仕組み構築を担当していただきます。
入社後の想定業務詳細：

• 現行のグローバルモビリティポリシーと関連制度、駐在管理プロセスの理解（3ヶ月）
• グローバルモビリティ制度・スキームの導入、既存制度の改定（1年）

※業務の約50%が定型業務、50%が企画・プロジェクト業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事制度の制度改定経験
• 英語力　※英語ビジネスレベル（読書き中心) TOEIC 700~800点台
