Responsibilities

■仕事内容

• 販売および事業戦略のリーダーシップ
• Eコマースおよび小売チャネル管理
• 製品および市場投入の実行
• 市場情報および消費者擁護
• クロスファンクショナルコラボレーション

■組織構成について

• 2名：営業1名、オペレーション1名  

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ビジネス分野での8年以上の実務経験があり、そのうち5年以上は家電業界におけるeコマース、小売製品管理、またはビジネス戦略に特化した経験であること。
• 顧客の課題を深く掘り下げ、顧客のニーズを実行可能なビジネスおよび製品要件に変換した実績があること。
• 直接的な権限なしに、グローバル組織全体で複数のチームと連携し、影響力を行使した経験があること。
