Responsibilities

人事戦略の企画、推進の担当課長としてご活躍いただける方を募集致します。同社のグループ全体の人・組織・カルチャーの強化を加速させる人事戦略の策定・浸透をお任せ致します。
業務内容：

• データドリブンな組織課題の抽出と戦略への反映
• 戦略的コミュニケーションとナラティブの構築
• 部門横断的な合意形成と実行支援
• 次期人事戦略の策定

Requirements

必須条件：

• 戦略的思考と分析力(組織サーベイや人事データを読み解き、定性的な課題を構造化・可視化して、具体的な打ち手に落とし込んだご経験をお持ちの方)
• ステークホルダー・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• 英語スキル：ビジネスレベル(議論、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、ドキュメント作成)
