炭酸飲料をはじめとし、コーヒー、ミネラルウォーターなど、
多岐にわたる飲料製品の製造および販売を手掛けています。
そんな同社は中期経営計画の実現に向け人事戦略を軸にした組織変革を推進しています。
今後さらに変革を進める中、データ・ファクトに基づく戦略立案、社内コミュニケーション強化、
部門横断アライメント推進を担っていただける人材を募集します。

■ポジションについて
短期・中長期の人事戦略の策定及び戦略実行を推進するための各種施策立案と推進実行をお任せ致します。

■具体的な業務内容

• データドリブンな組織課題の抽出と戦略への反映
• 戦略的コミュニケーションとナラティブの構築
• 部門横断的な合意形成と実行支援
• 次期人事戦略の策定

Requirements

■必須

• 戦略的思考と分析力(組織サーベイや人事データを読み解き、定性的な課題を構造化・可視化して、具体的な打ち手に落とし込んだご経験をお持ちの方)
• ステークホルダー・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル(議論、プレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション、ドキュメント作成)
